Multipurpose machine meets custom requirements of Filling for PET, Glass, HDPE and Aluminum Bottles. This machine is manufactured with Stainless Steel SS-304 and World class quality Automation Equipment.

This machine is coming with own pumping system to collect the liquid from main Tanks. The Flow will be measured using Automation system and converted in digital signals that can be controlled by PLC and HMI.

While changing different volumes, it takes minimum time to setup the system as per requirements.

Numbers of recipe can be set on the same screen without changing parts.

The conveyor is driven by Induction motor and Pneumatic system will arrange bottles below filling nozzles. Filling System is synchronized with Conveyor system which is controlled by PLC so that you can set Speed by terms of Bottles per minute.

It is user friendly, low maintenance and High Speed machine.
